Privacy Policy
Your trust matters more than anything we could sell. We don’t sell your personal information.
Effective September 26, 2026
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, state, the goals and credit concerns you describe, and anything you type into our forms or portal messages.
- Documents you upload: credit reports, bureau and creditor letters, identification and proof of address — only when you choose to upload them.
- Consent records: the date and time you agreed to be contacted, and the wording you agreed to.
- How you found us: the page you arrived on, the referring page, advertising campaign tags, and the partner link you used, if any.
- Technical information: basic information your browser sends, such as browser type. We store a one-way coded version of your internet address to help prevent abuse, not your address itself.
How we use it
- To respond to you and provide the services you request
- To review your credit situation and prepare disputes on your behalf when you are a client
- To credit the referral or outsourcing partner who sent you, if any
- To keep our website and systems secure and prevent spam and fraud
- To keep the records the law requires
How we share it
- Credit bureaus, creditors and collectors, as needed to dispute information for you as a client.
- Service providers that host our systems, store documents securely and deliver messages, under confidentiality obligations.
- Your referring partner: if a partner sent you, they see only your first name, last initial, and status (such as Received or Enrolled) — never your contact details, credit information or documents.
- When required by law or to protect rights, safety and the security of our systems.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with others for their own marketing.
How we protect it
Forms are sent over encrypted connections. Uploaded documents are stored privately and made available only through short-lived, access-controlled links to you and our authorized team. Clients and partners have their own separate, secure portals. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not type your Social Security number or full account numbers into website forms.
Saving your progress
Our free assessment saves your answers on your own device as you go (not your uploaded documents), so you can finish later. They are cleared when you submit, and you can clear them any time with the “Start over” button.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing Kaironeekfinancial@gmail.com or calling (857) 220-7818. Some records must be kept for legal or regulatory reasons. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under state law.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new effective date.
